Where do you ship?
Judith Leiber Fragrances currently ships to the UK and the US. We hope to open in new countries soon, in the meantime tag us to share the love @JudithLeiberNY and let us know where you live!
How does delivery work? How long does it take and how much does it cost?
We made standard delivery free of charge in the UK and the US. You should usually allow us 2 to 4 business days to receive, process and deliver your Judith Leiber More is More! perfume order.
What's the status on my order?
Now that you've placed an order, you should have received a confirmation email with your order number.
With standard delivery, it usually takes a maximum of 4 business days to receive your order.
How do I return or exchange my fragrance?
If anything goes wrong with your fragrance you have 2 weeks to return it for free (no return shipping or handling fees). You can either exchange it against a new one, or get a full refund. However, all must be made within the same country than the purchase.

If I have issues paying, what I do?
We accept a variety of payment methods. If this is not the issue, you should check that billing address and card address match and all codes entered are correct. And also make sure your card is not expired.... just sayin' ;)

When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your credit/ debit card will be charged when your order is processed, usually within a day or two.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order from the confirmation e-mail you receive on the day of placing an order. Alternatively, contact us here and we'll make sure to find a solution.
Are your fragrances safe for all skins?
In one word: YES. In a bit more detail, we are safe for you and your skin. We are phthalate-free, free of parabens and toxic chemicals, and free of sulfates and hair dyes.
Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and paraben free.
How should I store my product?
In order to preserve the intrinsic quality of our perfumes, our perfumers recommend storing them in an ambient room temperature and to not directly expose them to the sun. However you don't have to store them in a fridge and shouldn't expose them in very high temperatures (above 60 C).
When does my product expire?
Although our fragrances don't have a formal expiration date, we recommend using them within 1 year after being purshased in order to experience them at their fullest.
Are you vegan and cruelty free?
Yes, and proudly so. We don't use any derivative from animals in our fragrances and don't test on them either. We love bunnies (and kittens!!) too much… Nothing else to add, right?
How are your ingredients sourced?
All of our ingredients suppliers are selected on the base of the quality of their sourcing as well as their ethics. They are all asked to sign a commitment to ethical standards directly linked to responsible sourcing, see below:
Respect of the International Labour Organization and fight against child labor, Manufacturing and distribution of the goods in the respect and protection of the environment, Providing safe and compliant products that meet our expectations.
We are also cruelty-free and vegan. We don't use any derivative from animals in our fragrances and don't test on them either.
Are your fragrances hypoallergenic and gluten free?
Yes. We are hypoallergenic, safe for you and your skin - whatever shade or pigmentation it is! We are also gluten free.
Where are fragrances made?
Our perfumers are based in Paris, where perfume craftmanship has been passed along for generations. Our fragrance house sources ingredients from around the world and produces our fragrance oil in France, ensuring the highest quality standards.

What is layering?
Layering is the art of mixing different fragrances together to make them unique. By spraying several fragrances together, the resulting scent is completely bespoke to you! As our perfumer Jerome Di Marino explains "combining fragrance layers together enables you to act as a perfumer, choosing the different scents you want to mix... It also enables you to experiment and dare to create a fragrance that is unique to you".
How can I customise my fragrance?
You can personalise your perfume by choosing what scents you mix together. You can wear each scent alone or mix it with one or two other scents. As our perfumer Jerome Di Marino says "More is More! enables you to experiment and dare to create a fragrance that is unique to you."
How does a fragrance scent evolve through the day?
A fragrance is made of top, heart and base notes.
Top notes are the first ones you'll smell when spraying a scent. Those are usually sparkling and vibrant like grapefruit or black pepper notes and may last up to 2 hours depending on the ingredients. If we were to compare a fragrance to 'love at first sight' then that would be just it!
Heart notes appear after 1 to 2 hours and usually last longer. More well-rounded and complex, they reveal a fragrance true signature. Like after a few drinks on a date, now you know for sure what you're in for ;) Heart notes might be floral or fruity, like ginger or orris for instance, and will last a maximum of 4 hours.
Base notes happen after top notes have completely evaporated, usually more than 4 hours after spraying. They mix with the heart notes to create the ever lating fragrance impression. These often rich and indulgent notes last on your skin and make sure your fragrance sitcks with you for the day. These are typically woods, or gourmand notes for instance, like patchouli or vetiver.
Can I bring my fragrance on a plane?
Yes you can! As we know you love to travel, we've made our More is More! Fragrance 75ml (below the 100ml limit) so that you can carry it with you on the plane. You can switch it 'OFF' by swiping the top sliders to the left (side with no gems) so that it cannot spray by itself in your bag. Now you can bring your bottle wherever you fancy!
How can I change a fragrance refill?
When your favourite perfume 25ml refill is finished, simply purchase a new refill and insert back into our eco-conscious bottle.
Here are the steps to follow.
How is that better than just layering two other frgrances in the normal way?
Good question. Well, we brought in the experts. Our perfumers ensured that the seven mixes possible with each fragrance are blended at optimum levels, with ingredients perfectly balanced for irresistable signature scents. Using our More is More! bottle, the spray function has been crafted to always adjust to spray the same amount of liquid for each combination. So if you choose just one fragrance, the spray will release 100% of that scent. However, if you mix two fragrances together, the spray will automatically adjust to allow 50% of each chosen scent. It will then adjust again to release 33% of each scent if you chosen to spray all three together.
Who is Judith Lieber?
Judith Leiber, who launched her namesake brand in 1963, was a trailblazing creator and businesswoman who designed custom swarovski minaudieres (ornate clutches that are effectively jewelley pieces) for high society including the presidental First Ladies. Dee Hilfiger is now at the helm of this New York luxury fashion house, offering a contemporary, tongue in cheek signature that is adored by A listers such as Jennifer Lopez, Black Lively and Kim Kardashian.
